PHOTO USAGE AND PRODUCTION RIGHTS

ShutterHappy Photography will retain full copyrights of all the imagesphotographed. Photos may be used by ShutterHappy Photography for advertising, display, and promotional purposes; this includes traditional print or electronic media.

Photos may be reproduced by possessor for personal use. Printing of any images through the following printers is STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Walmart, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and ShutterFly.

Printing of images is strongly recommended through Amazon Prime and MPix online. Printing through Costco may be done only with the “auto correct” turned OFF. This includes display at home, work, and gifts of personal use. This includes thank you cards, holiday cards, invitations, announcements, or any other items to be circulated amongst family and friends.

Please note that your images are digital sizes and print best at the digital ratio of 3:2 and not the film ratio of 5:4. This means it is strongly suggested that you print 8x12, 16x24, etc. and not 8x10, 16x20, etc.

Selling or publishing any photographs in any form of media (traditional print or electronic) without the written consent of ShutterHappy Photography ® is NOT ALLOWED.

Altering/editing the images from their original form in any fashionwithout the written consent of ShutterHappy Photography is NOT ALLOWED.

You have 30 days from the date of your session to voice any concerns about your images. If you would like any alterations made you must ask for those to be done during those 30 days. Alterations will be done only at the approved discretion of ShutterHappy Photography.

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. After 30 days from the date of your session no changes can made and you are agreeing that you are 100% satisfied with your photos.
